WHO WE ARE...

TUCKERVILLE TRANSITIONS ORG aims to promote emotional support and guidance as well as mental health awareness to the impoverished communities .. we aim to promote family self-sufficiency with the collaboration of other partnering agencies such as local businesses, organizations, social service agencies and professionals.

TUCKERVILLE TRANSITIONS ORG is a community-based nonprofit sponsored by founding mental health private practice Tuckerville, LLC in Canton, Michigan.

We are dedicated to preventing healthcare and educational disparities in the Detroit Metropolitan areas. We provide integrated services to impoverished families, individuals, and children, with comprehensive services that move families from to a supportive care system.

WE ARE JUST BEGINNING:

The Global Pandemic Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) allowed families to reorganize their priorities in more ways than one. TUCKERVILLE TRANSITIONS ORG wants to assist any family still struggling with the transition and recovery of COVID-19.

Starting with our community closet, Thanksgiving drive and a Christmas drive ...we aim to be a part of the recovery process..

MISSION STATEMENT:
